This clinic prides itself on being here for our clients health and well-being.

As this is a professional business, we need to look after staff and clients equally.

This involves the co-operation of all staff and clients.

We ask that you care for your fellow pain sufferers and cancel appointments that you are unable to attend so that the gift of that appointment can go to someone else who is in need of a massage.

A cancellation fee will be charged if an appointment is cancelled within 6 hours of the scheduled appointment time. This is a fee of 50% of the appointment cost.

A No Show fee will be charged if an appointment is not attended without prior notice. This is a fee of 100% of the appointment cost.

If you show up for an appointment and you are sick, you will be sent home and the full cost of the appointment is payable.

If the therapist is sick, they will notify all clients and if up to it, they will work, but clients will have the right to cancel, no fees charged.

We understand that sometimes things happen that are out of our control so with that in mind, it is at the discretion of the therapist whether a fee is charged or not.
